Press Play on NEW HORIZONS – third annual fundraising concert

Join us on Friday, September 25, 2026 for some sparkling Island entertainment including special guest Shane Pendergast and other well-loved Island and community performers such as the music ensemble Woodsmoke, singer-songwriter Megan Ellands, step dancer Emily Hughes accompanied by Morgan Wagner and more!

Funds raised will go to support the season expansion and development of new and diverse theatre programming on stage and behind the scenes in our Theatre School classes and workshops for children and adults. The evening will include some fun surprises and lots of community spirit as we honour the past and look towards a bright future on the horizon.

Victoria Playhouse is moving into a new era. 

After 44 years of presenting a Summer-only Theatre and Music Festival, Victoria Playhouse Inc. is taking on year-round stewardship of the historic Victoria Community Hall known as Victoria Playhouse, in picturesque Victoria By The Sea, PE. 

Our programming will gradually be expanding into the Spring and Fall seasons with new opportunities for Island artists and community members to create, learn, connect and share in the magic and wonder of the performing arts in our lovely historic theatre on the south shore.
